1. Services Provided

Amigos Auto Leasing is an auto leasing and financing broker. We connect consumers with licensed dealers and financing companies to help them obtain vehicle leases, purchase financing, or refinancing options. We do not sell vehicles directly and are not a lender or dealer. All final lease and financing agreements are between you and the respective lender or dealer.

2. Broker Relationship & Compensation

When a deal is finalized, Amigos Auto Leasing may receive a commission or fee from the lender or dealer. This is the standard compensation model for auto brokers and does not increase your cost. There is no fee charged to you for using our services. We work to present you with the best available options across our network, regardless of commission differences between lenders.

3. No Guarantee of Approval

Submitting an application through our website or contacting us does not guarantee financing approval, lease approval, or the availability of any specific vehicle. All approvals are subject to lender underwriting criteria, credit qualification, and vehicle availability. We make no representations or warranties regarding approval outcomes.

4. Authorization to Share Your Information

By submitting our credit application, you authorize Amigos Auto Leasing to share your personal and financial information with multiple lenders, dealerships, and financing partners in our network for the purpose of obtaining financing or lease offers. You understand that your information may be reviewed by more than one financial institution.

5. Credit Inquiry Authorization — FCRA

By submitting a credit application, you expressly authorize Amigos Auto Leasing and its financing partners to obtain your consumer credit report from one or more national credit reporting agencies (Equifax, Experian, TransUnion). You understand this may constitute a hard inquiry and may temporarily affect your credit score. This authorization is given in connection with your request for auto financing or leasing and is valid until your application is resolved or withdrawn.

You have rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), including the right to obtain a free copy of your credit report and to dispute inaccurate information. For more information, visit ftc.gov/fcra.

6. Accuracy of Information

You represent and certify that all information you provide in connection with your application is true, accurate, complete, and not misleading. You understand that providing false or inaccurate information may result in denial of your application and may have legal consequences, including potential civil or criminal liability under applicable laws.

7. Communication Consent — TCPA

By providing your telephone number(s) on our forms, you consent to receive calls and/or text messages from Amigos Auto Leasing and its partners regarding your application and our services. These communications may be made using automated dialing systems or pre-recorded messages. This consent is not required as a condition of receiving our services.

To opt out of text messages, reply STOP to any text. To opt out of calls, contact us directly. Standard message and data rates may apply.

8. Limitation of Liability

Amigos Auto Leasing is not responsible for:

• Lender or dealer decisions regarding credit approval or denial
• Changes in interest rates, financing terms, or vehicle pricing
• Vehicle availability or delivery timelines controlled by dealers
• Errors or omissions in information provided by third-party lenders or dealers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount of any fees you paid us, if any.

9. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use our website in any way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation or interfere with any other party's use.

10. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in New Jersey.
